Cookie Policy

1. What we use

This is a presentation website, with no user accounts and no shopping cart. We only use strictly necessary technologies and one interface preference stored locally in your browser:

• Strictly necessary — technical elements used by the hosting platform to serve pages securely (for example traffic balancing and abuse protection). They cannot be switched off without affecting how the site works.
• Preferences — a value stored in localStorage under the key “evo-lang”, which remembers the language you chose (RO, EN or FR) so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
• Consent — a value stored in localStorage under the key “evo-cookie-consent”, which remembers your choice about optional cookies.
• Analytics (optional, only with your consent) — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JPY8CQR4J6), used for aggregated statistics about visited pages and traffic sources. If you reject it, Google Analytics stores no information on your device.

2. What we do NOT use

• Advertising — no Google Ads, remarketing or other advertising platforms.
• Marketing and advertising — no remarketing pixels, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies.
• Profiling — we do not track individual visitor behaviour and do not build profiles.

3. Your consent

On your first visit we show a banner with equally visible accept and reject options, plus a preferences panel. Analytics stays off until you explicitly accept it — we use Google Consent Mode v2 with all signals (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) defaulting to “denied”. If you accept, only analytics_storage becomes “granted”. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key “evo-cookie-consent” and can be changed at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

4. How to control this data

You can delete the language preference and any other local data at any time from your browser settings (“Clear browsing data” / “Cookies and site data”). Deleting it does not affect access to the site — you will simply return to the default language.
