1. Who processes your data

Evo Digital is a brand operated by S.C. Șerban Theodora I. PFA, with C.U.I. 53945080, registered with the Trade Register under no. F2026007797000, with its registered office in Jud. Vâlcea, Municipiul Râmnicu Vâlcea, Strada Doctor Romulus Popescu, Nr. 1, România.

For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), S.C. Șerban Theodora I. PFA is the controller of the personal data processed through the Evo Digital website.

2. What data we may collect

Through the contact form you may send us, depending on what you choose to fill in:

• your name
• your email address
• company name and, optionally, its website
• the service you are interested in and an estimated budget
• your project description and any other information you voluntarily include
• your contact preference (email or video call)

3. Why we collect it

We use the information solely to understand your request, reply to it, send you an estimate of scope, timeline and cost and, where applicable, to carry out the resulting collaboration.

We do not use form data for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps taken at your request, or performance of a contract;
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping a record of correspondence;
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — where retention of documents is required by law (for example accounting or tax obligations).

5. How the data reaches us

The contact form does not store data on this website. On submit, your own email client opens with the message prepared, and the data reaches us as an ordinary email sent to our contact address. You can edit or delete the content before sending it.

6. Who may access the data

Only the Evo Digital members involved in your request access the correspondence. Inherently, the technical providers we rely on (website hosting and the email service) may process the data as processors, strictly on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.

We do not pass your data to other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. How long we keep the data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a collaboration follows, for its duration and afterwards within the applicable legal time limits (for example tax obligations or limitation periods). When the data is no longer needed, we delete it. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

8. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

We work with international clients, and correspondence may be processed by email or hosting providers that also operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we make sure the transfer relies on a protection mechanism recognised by the GDPR (an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

9. Your rights

As a data subject you have the following rights:

• right of access to your data;
• right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to data portability;
• right to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• right not to be subject to automated decision-making — we do not use automated decisions or profiling;
• right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

10. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to contact@evodigital.ro, stating which right you wish to exercise. We reply within one month of receiving it at the latest. We may ask for additional details only where necessary to confirm your identity.

11. Data security

The website is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect incoming correspondence against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. We routinely work under an NDA with clients who request one.

12. Cookies

This website uses strictly necessary technologies and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 for aggregated usage statistics. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. Details and your settings are in the Cookie Policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way the website works or the applicable legal framework changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
